We had a wonderful gal from Ireland (Máirín? Sorry, I'm terrible with names!) start us off with a simple "shuffle-shuffle-step" which quickly went beyond all our abilities as the pace of the music quickly went beyond the pace of many of our middle-aged bodies' ability to cope! :-) Without exception, though, everyone had a grand, sweaty old time!
